Shipping speed is how quickly your order will ship once it leaves our shop, not when the order is placed.

Pre-order Release items such as shirts, hats, patches, etc., take 2–5 business days to create and fulfill an order. The estimated shipping time after the product is fulfilled depends on the shipping carrier you choose. 

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

  • snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
  • backpacks
  • mugs, wine tumblers, and pint glasses
  • postcards and stickers
  • pillows with stuffing
  • posters
  • framed posters
  • canvas
  • bean bag cases
  • water bottles
  • notebooks
  • blankets

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Shipping times will depend on the UPS/USPS shipping carrier - with expected delivery of 3 - 4  days depending carrier from the date your order was processed. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping time is after processing from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

Please check the shipping times with www.UPS.com or USPS.com. Our company is very confident in the UPS/USPS system and we have had much success shipping with both.

  • We are not responsible for delivery times, as we do not drive the mail truck but we will do everything within our power to assure you of a fast delivery!

  • We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include the proper address when ordering your products.

  • Shipping for a returned item due to incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure that you have the proper address.

  • We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges to resend an item that was incorrectly/improperly addressed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Starinmyuniverse.com ships to all 50 states, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Domestic pre-ordered items will be shipped at an additional cost to the buyer.

  • USPS First Class (Economy)

  • USPS Priority Mail service

  • USPS Express

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS Next Day Air

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic email with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that we can send you this information and contact you if you have any difficulties submitting your order. It's important to note that some email services may screen emails, and our confirmation email may go to your spam folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.

If you add your mobile number at checkout, we can send you an SMS message with your information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer the following International Shipping Services:

  • USPS First Class International

  • USPS Priority Mail International

  • USPS Express Mail International

  • UPS Standard (Canada & Mexico)

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited 

International Sales must be approved and paid in full prior to shipment.

Shipping and handling do not include any broker fees, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed on shipments entering the destination country, nor is Industrial Farm Co liable for payment of them.

We DO NOT collect any other duties or fees. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office, and we have absolutely no control over this, nor do we know how much will be collected from you.

We also do not have any control over customs or the packages that they may randomly inspect, and we cannot guarantee that your sculpture will or will not be subject to searches through customs. However, we can tell you that the item that we ship is no more likely to be inspected than any other package.

We do not accept forced returns because you have not collected your package.

It is important to note that undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package be returned to us. We also reserve the right to refuse returns. Any package sent back to us without express written permission will result in being treated as abandoned property

We collect postage that covers our cost of shipping and handling from the United States only.

ABANDONED PACKAGES

  • Free Shipping: Starinmyuniverse.com is not responsible for abandoned packages shipped via Free Shipping (if it is offered when you order).

  • USPS First Class Domestic & International: USPS First Class service does not require USPS to scan your package at each facility through which it is processed. We will not be able to track exactly where your package is, and we are not responsible for abandoned USPS First Class International packages.

  • All Other Domestic Shipping Services: Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding replacements for "missing packages".

  • All Other International Shipping Services: Starinmyuniverse.com is not responsible for international orders that are abandoned once they arrive at their country of destination.
